Tennis Tournament Weekend
May 17 – 20, 2012
The Play for Patrick Tennis Tournament is a fun-filled community fundraiser at Druid Hills Golf club benefiting the Press On to Cure Childhood Cancer Fund. The event includes:
- Men, Women, Mixed, Pro-Am and Junior Tennis Events
- Family Barbeque with Silent Auction Items
- Cocktail Party with Live Music
This year, we will be celebrating the life of Patrick Chance, the tournament’s namesake. Patrick touched so many people in his community and across the world with his bravery in battling neuroblastoma. All funds raised through this tournament support research for neuroblastoma and acute myeloid leukemia, two deadly pediatric cancers.
Childhood cancer remains the number one disease killer of children. In fact, 25% of children diagnosed with cancer will be dead within 5 years. With your help, we can change how children with cancer are treated. To date, Press On has already raised almost a million dollars, and we aren’t stopping now….
Play for Patrick welcomes all tennis players and partygoers who want to
participate in the tournament events.
