The Play for Patrick Tennis Tournaments support research into novel and less toxic therapies for neuroblastoma and acute myeloid leukemia, two deadly pediatric cancers.  Childhood cancer remains the number one disease killer of American children despite recent gains made for certain pediatric cancers such as acute lymphocytic leukemia.  Over 25% of children diagnosed with cancer will be dead within 5 years.  Those who do survive face life-long serious side effects from the “cure” such as secondary cancers, infertility, heart damage, and scoliosis among others.  The current state of childhood cancer treatment is simply unacceptable.  Help us change how children with cancer are treated.

The Play for Patrick Tennis Tournaments feature men’s, women’s, and junior’s doubles round robins.  On Friday evening, there is a family barbecue featuring silent and live auctions.  All proceeds benefit Press On to CURE Childhood Cancer, a named fund of CURE Childhood Cancer ( or  For more information, contact Erin Chance at 404-276-7405 or er********@co*****.net.
